As a Superpumper® Team Member you will be responsible for greeting, serving, and thanking our guests. This is the most important job in our company. If you enjoy working with people, are a good communicator, like to keep busy, can work without a great deal of supervision, and are looking for a position with a future, we would like to talk with you now. Superpumper® Team Members are honest, reliable and friendly people to work with, so you will be in the best of company.

What Will I Do As A Superpumper® Team Member?
First, you will take care of our guests. This means making each patron feel truly welcome. Secondly, you will process their transaction and assist them in an efficient and friendly manner. Lastly, you will thank them for their business and invite them to return again. Now, this may not sound all that difficult, but we have found that genuinely friendly, courteous, and efficient Team Members are special people and when we find one we reward them with an excellent starting wage.

During your training period you will learn cashiering and front counter duties along with merchandising and total facility maintenance. Among other things your duties will include:
  • inventory stocking and rotation
  • product pricing and dating
  • vendor check-in
  • merchandise accountability
Inside the store you will be trained on how to keep the beverage and deli areas clean and appealing, the cooler stocked, the trash emptied, and the floor, doors, and fixtures clean. Outside the store, you will be responsible for ensuring that Superpumper's parking lot remains spotless, our fuel dispensers clean, and the air and water equipment operating.

Each time one of our guests drives in, whether to fill up, or just grab a cup of coffee, we want them to feel that we have "shined the pumps, picked-up every piece of trash and mopped the lot just for them". When they visit the restrooms, or stop to use the payphones, we want them to feel the same way. Meeting and exceeding their expectations each and every time is your responsibility as a trained Superpumper® Team Member.
